Q: How quiet is the motor?

A: The motor is low-noise, much quieter than traditional clippers. While it does produce some sound, it's designed to keep pets comfortable, especially those who are sensitive to loud noises. Most pets get used to it after a couple of grooming sessions.

Q: How does the built-in vacuum work?

A: The vacuum function automatically collects loose fur as you trim, storing it in a 1.5L removable container. This keeps your home clean and reduces the need for extra cleanup. It’s like grooming and vacuuming at the same time!

Q: How do I clean the grooming kit?

A: The clipper and vacuum container are easy to clean. Simply detach the hair collection bin, empty it, and rinse if needed. The clipper head can be cleaned with a small brush (included in the kit).
